Terms of Service (COMMISSIONS)
Hello and thank you for your interest in visiting my commission info page.
Kindly read through the details before commissioning me.NOTE: I will only allow three (3) days max as waiting period for commissioner on respective slots to settle specifics/references. If I do not receive feedback, commissioner will be transferred to pending list until priority slots will be available again.Stay on pending list is good for one (1) month, anything past that is considered cancelled and will be taken note of.For references, if some articles are inspired from other's design, kindly ask permission first prior to usage and inform me who owns the design so I may credit them as well.⭐️ By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following:
• I have the right to change my terms when needed.
• I have the right to opt to refund you at any time.
• I have right to claim as the artist/illustrator for the commissioned work done and therefore I may use the picture to upload it on my portfolio and such.⭐️ You are allowed to:
• You may use the commissioned artwork for your personal use.
• You may re-upload the artwork that was done for you in any of your owned social accounts.⭐️ You are not allowed to:
• You are not allowed to sell the commissioned artworks. They are for your personal use only. Kindly credit me whenever in use. For artwork of commercial purposes (which is closed for now), there will be a different fee / setup for it, we may negotiate through pm/email.
• You are not allowed to remove my signature, I'm already making it less intrusive as I can. I won't be supplying unwatermarked versions either.
• You are not allowed to train commissioned piece/s to ai nor be minted.⭐️ For any questions just send me a message for inquiry.

Waist, Fullbody⭐️ DETAILS & INFOCommissioned artworks are for personal use only.You are not allowed to sell the commissioned artworks. For artwork of commercial purposes, there will be a different fee/set up for it, for inquiries feel free to message me on any of my platforms (twitter, instagram and dA are most used).Cancellations are not allowed unless reasonable and cancellation fees will be applied (i will only be refunding the amount -20% after sketching phase, -50% after line art phase and -80% after coloring phase).Turnaround time would normally take more or less 3-5 days (start count upon payment completion). It may also last up to a week or two depending on my schedule. I will inform you whenever i may take longer time to work on it. Please be patient with your commissions. If it makes you more at ease, you may ask me for WIP updates (which I will usually do for commissioners). Terms of Service (ADOPTS)
Welcome to my adoptable info page.
Kindly read through the details before purchase.NOTE: I will only allow one (1) day max for the winning bidder to finalize their payment after the invoice is sent. Unless there are emergencies and I am informed of it, the bidder will be transferred to a list of people who cannot bid on that month if they fail to do so. The adopt will then be put back to the pool for bidding. Two strikes for failing will get you blacklisted.⭐️ General Info
• Please be respectful. Do not steal/use/redistribute the design if you are not the owner.
• Tracing or having a blatant copy of the design is not allowed. Inspiration is okay.
• Only one owner per character is allowed. If you are co-owning it with someone, plan with each other who will hold the rights. I will not mediate if there are any issues between the co-owners.
• I retain design rights for the character designs, and intellectual rights for the Closed Species (CS) the adopt is under should they be part of one.
• Do not involve the characters in anything malicious.
• Feel free to ask me for other questions you have that the ToS didn't touch on.⭐️ Purchase Info
• All bidders should be responsible for the bids they make.
• All claims are final. No refunds. Please think thoroughly before purchasing, including the adoptable you are going for. I do not permit changes/swaps of any adopt in the same price point.
• Purchased adopts are for personal use only and you may not use them for commercial purposes.
• All payments are in USD and will be done through Paypal via invoice. Send me a message if you prefer other forms.
• Only claims made on the comment section dedicated to bidding are recognized. Any other way of claiming (sending on note or dm) will be ignored.
• Purchaser will be added to the masterlist and may refer to there for a design's current owner.⭐️ Reselling/Trading/Gifting/Returning
• Reselling is allowed. Design resold must not be at a higher price point than what it was bought for unless they have additional/extra art. It is on you to supply the hi-res files to the person you sold them to.
• Trading/Gifting is allowed.
• In any of the above, inform me so I can update the masterlist.⭐️ Ownership
• All rights to the character are yours but the design rights will still be mine. Kindly credit me for the design.
• You may change/edit the design in any way you wish. For CS, ask me about the changes you have in mind before purchasing. Changes have to fit into the standard of the universe they are in.⭐️ For any questions just send me a message for inquiry.
